Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility: Unopened items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Damaged Items: Report broken or leaking bottles on delivery for a replacement or refund.

Important: The original packaging must not be opened. By Egyptian consumer protection law, opened items cannot be returned.

Proof of Purchase: Please keep your order number ready to facilitate the process.

Card Refunds: For cancelled card orders, the refund will be processed minus any non-refundable payment gateway fees.

Heat Advisory: Perfumes may be temporarily affected by high shipping temperatures. Please allow 2-3 days for the scent to stabilize in a cool environment before assessing.

This policy applies to all purchase channels (website, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
